Advisory Services
I provide senior engineering advisory services across facility, industrial, and commercial matters where experienced technical judgment is required. This work is advisory in nature and focused on assessment, oversight, and decision support rather than delegated execution or staff augmentation.
Engagements are typically discrete, clearly scoped, and led directly by me as Principal Engineer, drawing on my firsthand experience of operating and overseeing complex assets and capital programs.
When This Is Used
Engineering Advisory is typically engaged when owners, executives, or project teams require an independent technical perspective on facility systems, capital work, or operational risk. This includes situations where internal teams lack senior engineering judgment, where a second opinion is needed before committing capital, or where technical clarity is required to support informed decision-making.
Scope of Advisory Support
Advisory support may include technical review of facility or industrial systems, assessment of capital project risks and execution plans, review of contractor proposals and assumptions, and identification of operational or safety risks. All services are provided within defined scopes and within my areas of professional expertise as a Licensed Professional Engineer.
Engagement Approach
Engagements are project-specific and scoped in advance. All work is led directly by me, with specialist support engaged only where required. I do not operate as a general consulting firm or provide outsourced engineering delivery. The objective is clear, defensible technical judgment that clients can rely on.
