Babar Mirza is a licensed Professional Engineer (Ontario) with over 14 years of direct operational and capital delivery leadership. He has managed over $250 million in project value across United States Steel, Denso Manufacturing Canada, and the CN Tower, where he served as Director of Facilities and Engineering.

In 2023, Babar founded BM Consulting to provide independent advisory in capital strategy, project governance, and AI-accelerated delivery. He brings an operator's perspective to every engagement, grounded in the discipline of having personally built, managed, and been accountable for the outcomes.
