Licensed Professional Engineer (Ontario) with over 14 years of direct responsibility for complex facilities, industrial systems, and capital programs, including national landmark infrastructure. Experience includes leading zero-downtime operations, recovering distressed projects, and making technical decisions with legal, financial, and public-safety consequences.
Independent, Senior Involvement
Engagements are led directly by me as Principal Engineer. I operate independently of contractors and vendors, and I do not delegate core judgement. This independence is why boards, executives, and homeowners rely on my work in disputes, negotiations, and high-exposure decisions. Specialist support is engaged only where required and always under my direction.
